Does the Castelli product range remain unchanged year on year?
No, Castelli pride themselves on the evolution of existing products, the introduction of innovative processes and launching new collections every year. If I wish to set up an account with Castelli what do I need to do?
Please contact Castelli in writing stating all of your contact details and that you wish to apply for a Castelli account. The relevant information will then be sent to you.
Are these products made in the EC?
The castelli product range is designed and made in Italy by our parent company Lediberg Spa. Lediberg Spa supply from their facility in Bergamo, situated east of Milan in Italy's Lombardy region. This, once Roman fortress town has now become a famous merchant and artistic centre. Other products within the range come from the famous fashion leather designer Nazareno Gabrielli, another company within the Lediberg group, which is based in Tolentino.

How much does it cost if I wish to receive a castelli product for sampling purposes?
castelli are happy to provide trade account holders with free dated samples in order to aid sales. This is at castelli's absolute discretion and may be withdrawn without prior notice. There are some products within the Castelli range that will incur a charge.
What are your standard lead times?
- Castelli Shop Orders
Individual (plain) off the shelf items will be dispatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. If personalisation is required your order will be dispatched within 10 days. Please allow for delivery time. Orders outside the UK will be delivered within approx. 7-20 days after completion depending on location.
- Retail Orders
Plain stock orders will be dispatched within 3 working days depending on complexity and seasonality, subject to stock availability. Please allow for delivery time.
- Custom Made Products
Orders specially made are unique in their own right and as such have unique lead times. As a general rule of thumb for customised orders the lead time is approximately 12 weeks from receipt of complete order information. Please request a delivery schedule if precise lead times are required. Please allow time for delivery. Lead times may vary according to seasonality.
- Corporate Stock products
From receipt of complete order information the lead time for an off the shelf product is approximately 2 full weeks including cover blocking. An extra 2 weeks are required if special matter pages or personalisation are specified. Please allow time for delivery. lead times are subject to stock availability and may vary according to seasonality.
- What Products are in Stock?
Castelli stock all products shown in our published catalogue and have the largest stock range in the UK with over 3000 products available to choose from. However due to the dated nature of many of our products we may sell out of some products throughout the year. It is our aim to facilitate your requirement at all times, if your first choice is not available we are confident that there are other suitable alternatives available. Stock holdings are available as a downloadable file from this site.
May I reserve stock products for a potential order?
Castelli offer a free reservation service for stock products. The reservation will be active for 48 hours after which the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Reservations are subject to quantities required and are at Castelli's absolute discretion.
How much does it cost?
For all your pricing requirements please refer to the relevant published price list. All prices listed may be sent on request or downloaded from this site. If you have any requirements that are not detailed on our price list please contact us for further information. Custom made products will need to be detailed on request in order that an official Castelli quotation can be generated.
In which format would you like artwork supplied for my order?

If I require a specially made product how many do I need to order?
Castelli can tailor-make products to most requirements using elements within our collection. The minimum quantities required are as little as Q500 pieces depending on specification and production loadings. Please request a custom quotation if precise details are required.
How many personalisation letters/characters can be put onto the front of a paper product?
This greatly depends on the design of the product. However for guide purposes the maximum length of the personalisation is to be no more than 24 characters. This assumes the cover design is single colour material cover. When personalising our products we will always match the style of the collection design unless specified. Pocket items are blocked size 12 Helvetica and desk items are size 18 Helvetica.
