Loyalty Scheme Ending Details

The Castelli Loyalty reward scheme from the xx will no longer be running.
If you're unsure whether you need to call us about your points, or want to know what you can do with them, here's everything you need to know before the xx.

What is the Castelli loyalty reward scheme?
The Castelli loyalty reward scheme is a free scheme enabling customers to earn rewards on every £1 spent and other various activities where reward points can then be redeemed against Castelli purchases. 

Why is the loyalty reward scheme ending?
The scheme has been around for several years, and it's the right time to review what we've got on offer. We're always looking for new and innovative ways to reward our customers. We are upgrading our website to offer our customers a better shopping experience and the current loyalty scheme requires upgrading so it is compatible with the new improved website.

How long have I got to use my loyalty points?
You have until xx to use your loyalty points.

Where can I find my existing points total?
You can view your current points balance by logging into your Castelli website account at
Once signed into your account area select, ‘my rewards’. You will be able to see your remaining points balance.

Some of my reward points have disappeared. Where are they?
Your reward points are held for a maximum of two years. After this period they lapse. For further information on the terms and conditions of the existing scheme please visit:

How do I redeem my points?
If you’ve still got some points you can redeem them against any purchases on the Castelli website. Simply add to your basket the product you want to purchase and then click on the basket to review your order. You will then have the option to select ‘spend your rewards’ this will then discount the rewards off your order total.

Telephone orders

If you can’t currently manage your account online to redeem your points within the deadline, you can call us instead.
Please note you can only have accrued points for online purchases in the past. Previous telephone orders will not have accrued points. If you want to redeem your points we will manually update your online total to reflect the points being redeemed by telephone.
